The terms that govern your use of CataShot

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CataShot website, AI ecommerce visual tools, account features, credit system, generated outputs, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CataShot Services

CataShot provides six focused workflows for creating or transforming ecommerce visuals from a product image: studio product photos, lifestyle scenes, product ad images, fixed five-second product videos, canvas expansion, and five-image sets. Each workspace exposes its current inputs, templates, ratios, models, output counts, and other controls. Features and available controls can change as the service develops.

You are responsible for reviewing the settings shown before submitting a task and for deciding whether each result is suitable for your intended use. CataShot does not publish ads, operate campaigns, or automatically approve an output for a marketplace.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share passwords, payment credentials, or private API keys through the contact form.

Credits, Prices, and Payments

Generation tasks may require credits. The number of credits used can vary by tool, model, requested output count, or other settings and is shown in the product before submission when available. Credit package prices, included credit amounts, payment terms, and any applicable renewal terms are shown on the pricing or checkout surface.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. A payment does not guarantee that every AI task will produce a usable result. Refunds, credits for failed tasks, and payment disputes are handled according to the checkout terms, product behavior, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

User Content

You retain any rights you hold in product images, prompts, campaign copy, reference materials, and other content you upload. You grant CataShot a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, biometric, or sensitive personal information unless the service expressly supports that use and you are legally permitted to provide it.

Generated Outputs

AI results may vary and can contain inaccurate product details, altered labels, distorted text, inconsistent colors, unexpected backgrounds, or motion artifacts. You must review product labels, materials, colors, edges, generated copy, and every video frame before publishing, distributing, or relying on an output.

Your use of generated outputs remains subject to applicable law and any rights in the source content or depicted material. CataShot does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique, non-infringing, or cleared for a particular personal or commercial use.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Generate deceptive, harmful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or illegal content.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated material in a way that is unlawful or likely to cause harm.
  • Attempt to bypass credit charges, usage limits, security controls, payment flows, or access restrictions.
  • Probe, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service, infrastructure, or other users.
  • Use automated means to access the service except through an interface CataShot expressly provides for that purpose.

Intellectual Property

CataShot's software, interface, brand, documentation, visual design, and service operation are owned by CataShot or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant rights to use CataShot branding outside ordinary references to the service.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep CataShot available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. AI providers, storage, payment systems, and network services can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, preservation of every task, or perfect results. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses credits or payment systems, or disrupts the service. You may stop using CataShot at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CataShot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CataShot and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
